Purchase online now. Training begins July 13, 2026. Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:00–7:00 PM.Two coached sessions every week: one Speed & Agility session and one Technical Training session. All new members pay a one-time $100 sign-up fee. First 50 membership purchases get $25 off starting July 13, 2026.

3-Month and 6-Month commitment plans require their minimum term, billed monthly. After the minimum, membership continues on a rolling monthly basis at the plan rate until cancelled. If a member cancels before completing the commitment term, the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file.
