A typical day
- 9:00-2:30 Mon-Fri · station rotations (Footbot, Speed Brain, Speed Track, Double Speed Court, Performance Center) plus small-sided games.
- Bring lunch (no nuts). Staff supervises breaks and pickup.
- King-of-the-hill format: three teams rotate between the field and training stations so wait time stays active.
